Instant Access™

Voice mail is wonderful but sometimes you need to talk to a human being right away. NKMS Instant Access allows the client to override voice mail and reach an operator with the technology and information necessary to make the right connection. The Instant Access Operator is the caller's advocate in reaching the lawyer. The Operator will make the connection, if at all possible, or provide accurate information about when the lawyer will be able to respond. If appropriate, they connect the caller to someone who can immediately address the concern.
