Adam joined the firm in 2005 to work with the firm's Employment Counseling and Litigation and Construction Industry Practice Groups, after practicing in both Boston and Providence, where he developed expertise in some of the construction and contract issues arising from public bidding by contractors.

His expertise in defending employers against state and federal employment discrimination claims, led him to become a speaker on recent developments in federal employment law. He also has written numerous articles on labor and employment law issues facing municipalities. He supports our periodic email alerts to our clients on noteworthy cases and developments in the area of employment law.

Adam was born and raised in northern Michigan. After a decade of the metropolitan life in Boston and Providence, he and his wife, Rachel, now make their home in Merrimack, New Hampshire. When not working, Adam enjoys basketball and the great outdoors.
