Jerry focuses his practice on the litigation and trial of high exposure and complex litigation for national accounts and corporate and institutional clients, including colleges and universities. His experience in the public sector includes a clerkship with the Superior Court and service as an Assistant United States Attorney and as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

His experience in the private sector spans more than three decades and includes the defense of products liability and general liability matters and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts.

When not practicing law, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, college hockey, and sailing.
